MicroSave is a market leader in providing consulting services to Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) and Financial Service Providers (FSP’s) globally.  Our clients include leading commercial banks, telecommunication companies, SACCOs, microfinance institutions and multilateral and bi-lateral donors. With increasing demand for our services, MicroSave is currently looking for a creative, talented and experienced individual to join its team in Kenya under the Réseau Helix domain on a consultancy basis to manage its Knowledge Management portal.
 
Key Functions will include:
  • Develop a roadmap with key features of the portal and leading the strategy behind the development of this portal
  • Conduct workshops/surveys to gather feedback relevant to the knowledge portal strategy
  • Develop comprehensive promotional plan for the Knowledge Portal, including launch, communication tactics, content management and collateral and other support materials as appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Réseau Helix team and MicroSave KMM Manager to ensure success of the portal
  • Conduct social media marketing campaigns to publicize the portal and recruit as much traffic as possible

Qualities & Skills: This position requires a well-organized, self-motivated individual with strong prioritization skills to effectively and efficiently carry out the desired duties and responsibilities.

Other relevant skills include:
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Track record of designing end-to-end experiences using user-centered design and Agile UX methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success launching web portals, from concept through launch.
  •  Strong understanding of usability best practices, information architecture principles and A/B/MVT testing.
  • Experience in digital media and ideally graphic design capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple work  streams at a given time.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage input from different stakeholders
 
Education: Master in Business Administration degree
 
Compensation: A competitive compensation rate shall be negotiated with the right candidate. Please state current and expected payment rate.
