In 2012 Ignacio Mas worked with MicroSave to look at the state of digital financial services in India, the type of products that poor people want, and the role of microfinance institutions/SHGs in digital financial services systems. In this video he shares some of his thoughts on digital financial services systems not just in India but worldwide.     Nice explanation of integrating financial services while keeping the front end simple. Fully agree with Ignasio! We need to add more value to enhance the account usage and motivate more and more people to use their accounts. and only this can help financial institutions to prove business case of providing financial services to the low income households..
