Universal Standards for Social Performance Management

Abstract:

In this video Laura Foose, Director, Social Performance Task Force, highlights how organisations have undergone an attitudinal change from "Why should I do Social Performance Management?" to "How can I do Social Performance Management?" and discusses how the Universal Standards were created to strengthen Social Performance Management. She also talks about the six categories in which the Universal Standards have been organised.
