However, there are various challenges in terms of construction delays, cost over-runs, and under-utilization of funds. MSC has designed smart solutions which can offer better ways and means to improve scheme delivery and capacity on the ground particularly in the context of physical and financial management of the project. MSC is supporting the National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA), which is responsible for managing and monitoring the flagship program to implement a new range of emerging IT solutions.
