Inversement, des syst\u00e8mes peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s peuvent avoir de graves effets pr\u00e9judiciables. Les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;incitation doivent \u00eatre transparents afin que les membres du personnel concern\u00e9s puissent facilement comprendre la m\u00e9canique du calcul. Le syst\u00e8me ne devrait donc pas \u00eatre trop complexe, mais contenir le plus de facteurs objectifs et le moins de variables subjectives possible. En outre, les \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gles du jeu\u00a0\u00bb devraient \u00eatre port\u00e9es \u00e0 la connaissance de tous et ne pas subir de modifications arbitraires. Il est aussi essentiel de s&#8217;assurer que le syst\u00e8me d&#8217;incitation est per\u00e7u comme \u00e9quitable. Par cons\u00e9quent, les objectifs fix\u00e9s par le syst\u00e8me doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alisables et les membres du personnel les plus performants doivent recevoir des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en guise de r\u00e9compense. <em>MicroSave<\/em> qui ont mis en place des programmes d&#8217;incitation du personnel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>La Kenya Post Office Savings Bank<\/em> (KPOSB) a connu une augmentation significative de la productivit\u00e9 et du moral du personnel apr\u00e8s avoir introduit un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;incitation relativement simple consistant en une comp\u00e9tition entre les succursales dans le but d&#8217;accro\u00eetre l&#8217;\u00e9pargne \u00e0 la banque. KPOSB a ensuite commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser les \u00e9quipes des agences en fonction du nombre et du montant des op\u00e9rations d&#8217;\u00e9pargne, du nombre de comptes ouverts et ferm\u00e9s ainsi que du volume d\u00e9pos\u00e9. D&#8217;autres variantes de chacun de ces indicateurs de mesure du rendement et l&#8217;utilisation de coefficients de pond\u00e9ration garantissent qu&#8217;une telle \u00e9valuation du rendement refl\u00e8te les besoins de KPOSP et est \u00e9quitable pour les employ\u00e9s de toutes les succursales. Dans le cadre de ce r\u00e9gime, 70 % de la r\u00e9serve de primes des succursales est r\u00e9partie en fonction des salaires de base et 30 % sur la base des r\u00e9sultats individuels. Pour aider les \u00e9quipes des succursales \u00e0 se concentrer sur l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, ce syst\u00e8me de base pourrait, \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir, \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9tablissement des co\u00fbts actuellement mis en place aux niveaux des succursales.<\/li>\n<li><em>Equity Bank<\/em> a \u00e9galement tir\u00e9 d&#8217;importants avantages de ses divers programmes d&#8217;incitation sous forme de comp\u00e9titions inter-succursales. Elle a maintenant mis en \u0153uvre des programmes au niveau des succursales ainsi que des programmes individuels destin\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiquement aux agents de cr\u00e9dit, dans le but d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire le portefeuille \u00e0 risque.<\/li>\n<li>Le programme d&#8217;incitation du personnel d<em>&#8216;Uganda Microfinance Limited<\/em> (UML) a augment\u00e9 la mobilisation des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en encourageant le travail d&#8217;\u00e9quipe au sein du personnel, et gr\u00e2ce au versement de primes mensuelles. Par ailleurs, l&#8217;augmentation du nombre de clients a permis d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;image d&#8217;UML.<\/li>\n<li>Aux Philippines, TSKI a introduit un nouveau produit de pr\u00eat qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 la restructuration de grandes succursales en bureaux plus petits. <em>MicroSave<\/em> a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception d&#8217;un nouveau programme d&#8217;incitation pour tout le personnel de la succursale, avec des incitatifs financiers et non financiers.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe <em>MicroSave<\/em> a aid\u00e9 Grameen Financial Services Pvt. Ltd en Inde \u00e0 remanier son programme d&#8217;incitation pour ses \u00e9quipes de terrain, \u00e0 savoir le directeur de centre, le directeur d&#8217;agence et le directeur r\u00e9gional.
