Essential Skills

MS Office, Tally ERP, Proficient computer skills, Spoken and written English



  1. Assisting Accounts Officer in accounting and finance systems and processes
  2. Daily closing of books of accounts
  3. Keeping proper records for Audit


  1. Receive and record claims and advances of staffs and consultants
  2. Receive and record all invoices from vendors and prepare necessary documents for settlement
  3. Record all transactions in Tally
  4. Scan, record, maintain and safeguard supporting documents
  5. Update cost-center and other expense reports on daily basis
  6. Maintain records of all transactions and provide daily backup of Tally
  7. Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, vendors and other channels
  8. Prepare and provide necessary data for various reports
  9. Reconcile petty cash, cash and imprest statements
  10. Update statutory deduction for payroll and update records
  11. Update Fixed Asset Register for all purchases
  12. Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Educational Qualification:-

1. B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Reports to– Accounts Officer
