Job Summary

We are looking to hire a full-time Administrative staff to efficiently and effectively support in our day-to-day tasks pertaining to office administration. He/she will support the local team and provide operational assistance at our office location.

Essential Skills

The candidate should bring: - Ability to write and communicate in English - Good team player, remain highly organized - Good to have basic financial and accounts experience - Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel and a working knowledge of email and internet as well as social media

Description

Job requirement:

  • Maintain Inward / Outward post and courier register
  • Managing and supporting visitors
  • Managing meetings
  • Procurement of office inventory and maintaining the register
  • Managing attendance system
  • Management of housekeeping staff
  • Sundry purchases for office stationery, consumables and kitchen items
  • Kitchen upkeep and management
  • Booking of hotels for visiting staff & local taxi arrangement
  • Selection of vendor (travel agents etc.)
  • Allotment of assets to staffs
  • Procurement of assets in coordination with Administration / Finance
  • Coordinating for IT related support
  • Monthly utility bill deposition (telephone, internet, electricity, rent etc.)
  • Looking after office infrastructure like power back-up, internet facility, ACs, photocopier, printers etc.
