Juliet has worked on projects that promote women’s access to finance and economic empowerment by developing programs and products. These programs allow women-led micro-enterprises access to financial capital, skills, markets, professional networks, and sound financial infrastructures. She has skills and experience in product design and implementing products or programs for women’s entrepreneurship. She has developed several courses for women micro-entrepreneurs. Some projects she has worked on include developing a digital transformation strategy for microfinance women clients in Tanzania and developing UN Women’s regional economic empowerment strategy and program document for the Eastern and Southern Africa region (ESARO).
