Mamadou has worked with financial institutions across 31 African countries and discussed policies and regulations. He has also coordinated the implementation of cross-border projects including donor-funded programs.
Mamadou has a deep knowledge of payments systems and lending products and services provided to both private and corporate customers. He possesses expertise in Project Management (Prince 2 and Agile Method). He completed his Msc in engineering from Supélec (2004), Msc in electrical engineering from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (2004), and Master in Microfinance from Solvay/Dauphine/Wageningen (2007).
