Mohak Srivastava is an Associate in MicroSave Consulting’s (MSC) Research, Innovative Program & Evaluation domain. Mohak’s area of expertise lies in quantitative research, survey implementation, geo-spatial analysis, data analytics and behavioral research. He has worked with donor agencies like BMGF, the World Bank, and policymakers such as the Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh. Mohak specializes in Financial Inclusion, Digital Financial Services, Gender, Livelihood, and Behaviour Change.

Examples of his recent works include:
 Conducting research and preparing policy framework for improving women’s financial inclusion using DFS for Alliance for Financial Inclusion(AFI): conducting analytics of secondary data, conducting detailed secondary research and stakeholder consultations to prepare a policy framework for improving DFS usage by women. The policy framework also includes a detailed implementation plan and M&E framework. (2019)
 Participating in a study on gender centrality of formal financial services in India- With a focus on BC agent-assisted DFS, conducting behavioral research on how women financial service users overcome the barriers and understanding the role of BC agent’s gender on using formal financial services by women in India (2019).
 Participating in research conducted in 2 aspirational districts of the country to understand and analyze the spread of financial services in the districts, as well as using agent segmentation to identify new potential agents.(BMGF and NITI Aayog, 2019)
 Mapping and Assessment of Creative Industries in Agra, Braj, the Buddhist Circuit, with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and the World Bank: Co-designing a 10 million USD livelihood project by in-depth qualitative and quantitative assessment of creative industries and developing the roadmap for 15 creative industries with M&E framework. Mohak was earlier working as a consultant with MSC. He holds a Bachelor of Technology with specialization in Biotechnology from the Sri Ramaswamy Mission in Chennai. He is fluent in English & Hindi.
