Willis Odhiambo is a Manager and Deputy Practice Group Leader at MSC Anglophone Africa, based in Nairobi, Kenya. Ogutu is an agricultural economist and economic and financial inclusion expert with more than seven years of experience. He has worked on projects with commercial banks, international funding agencies, MFIs, and community-based institutions across Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Malawi, and Germany. His areas of expertise encompass financial literacy, agribusiness training, value chain development, project management, and microfinance.

Willis specializes in conducting due diligence for financial institutions, crafting business plans, and designing technical assistance programs. Before he joined MSC, Ogutu held the position of Financial Inclusion Officer at the FASRAT project implemented by Equity Group Foundation. In this role, he organized and coordinated financial literacy programs, contributed to policy development, and provided technical assistance in agricultural finance product re-engineering. Ogutu holds a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is fluent in English, Kiswahili, and Dholuo.
