My work focuses on helping policymakers, financial institutions, regulators, and development organizations build more inclusive and equitable systems. As an Inclusive Finance and Gender Specialist at FinValue Advisors, I support organizations as they design inclusive products, strengthen policies, and create programs that expand opportunities for underserved communities. I collaborate with global and national stakeholders to advance gender equity, inclusive finance, and institutional capacity building.
At MSC, I discovered my passion for gender inclusion and inclusive finance. Among the many projects I supported, the Aspirational Districts Program and MSC’s gender portfolio shaped my career the most. Managing the Aspirational Districts Program strengthened my understanding of implementation and taught me how local realities and Panchayati Raj institutions influence program outcomes. My work on gender-focused assignments deepened my understanding of intersectionality and showed me how a gender lens can transform the way institutions and communities approach inclusion.
Since leaving MSC, I have built a specialization in gender inclusion and inclusive finance. I advise policymakers, financial institutions, regulators, and civil society organizations on inclusive strategies, gender-transformative policies, product development, and learning initiatives. Every assignment strengthens my belief that meaningful inclusion requires both strong policy frameworks and practical implementation.
When I reflect on my time at MSC, I remember an organization that encouraged curiosity, challenged assumptions, and trusted young professionals with meaningful responsibilities. The lessons I learned there continue to shape my work today. I am happy to see this alumni initiative bring together former colleagues from across the MSC family and create opportunities to reconnect, learn from one another’s journeys, and celebrate the experiences that continue to influence our work.
