I lead large-scale transformation initiatives, advise financial sector regulators across the continent, support strategic partnerships with global technology companies, and help build KPMG’s AI capabilities and industry thought leadership.
My professional journey began in MSC’s Inclusive Finance Ecosystem capability, where I worked across several markets in Asia, including India, Nepal, the Philippines, and Indonesia. I advised governments, banks, and other financial service providers on digital financial services and financial inclusion. Those experiences gave me a solid foundation in customer-centric design, policy, and digital transformation.
One of the most valuable lessons I took from MSC was the importance of spending time in the field. Sitting with customers, observing how they used financial services, and listening to their challenges often revealed insights that no survey or spreadsheet could provide. That mindset continues to shape my work today. Whether I work on digital infrastructure, AI adoption, or regulatory transformation, I start by understanding people’s needs and designing solutions around them.
I am delighted to see MSC bringing together alumni through this initiative. MSC provided the foundation for many of our careers and created a network of colleagues who continue to drive impact across sectors and geographies. I look forward to reconnecting with fellow alumni, learning about their journeys, and celebrating the diverse ways in which MSC continues to influence our work and aspirations.
