Each training program designed and delivered at the Helix Institute at MSC is based on adult learning principles to create an effective learning environment. The facilitators use an interactive approach through group discussions and case studies to deliver the training courses. Our facilitators are experts in their field with multilingual competency. Our training toolkits have activities-based learning, slides, exercises, and handouts. Participants can ask questions, receive feedback, and gain new insights from others.

Exposure visits

In addition to our curriculum, we offer participants the opportunity to participate in field exposure visits. These visits are designed specifically to enhance their learning experience. Participants can validate theories and lessons they acquired by stepping outside the conventional classroom environment. This real-world immersion deepens their understanding and bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Action planning

Once the training concludes, we engage stakeholders to develop a high-level short-term and long-term action plan around the training course. The action plan focuses on the strategy, business model, product, and processes. As part of the action planning, we assess the need for specific technical assistance, further capacity building, and customized mentoring support to align with the client’s vision.
