Manoj Sharma, Director, MicroSave actively participated in the program where he presented on ‘Sustainable Non-Banking Financial Institutions- What Works & What Doesn’t’. His presentation provides an insight on evolution of MFIs and lays emphasise on the drivers of sustainability. He talks about the importance of client centric approach to achieve scale and sustainability.
