Ayushi Misra is the Sector Lead at MSC's Inclusive Financial Ecosystem capability. She shapes inclusive financial ecosystems through her work on financial policy, regulation, and service distribution. With more than 13 years of experience in development finance and public sector banking, she has consistently served low- and moderate-income segments across multiple countries.

Ayushi specializes in the design and integration of inclusive, sustainable financial products and policies into existing systems. Her expertise spans impact investment, microfinance, SME finance, entrepreneurship, project management, financial sector strategy, policy development, and ecosystem strengthening. She excels in credit and impact investment, business planning, strategy, and technical assistance design.

Before she joined MSC, Ayushi served as Associate for South Asia at Women’s World Banking, where she led microfinance project design and implementation, research, policy formulation, and technical assistance initiatives that expanded financial access for underserved women.

Ayushi holds a master’s degree in development finance from the Institute of Development Studies, UK. She is also a Chartered Banker with CAIIB qualification and certification in Green and Sustainable Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
