Diana Siddiqui is a Senior Manager with MSC Anglophone Africa. She has more than 18 years of experience working with the private sector and reputed international funding organizations. Her areas of expertise include strategy, gender, behavioral research, project management, and monitoring and evaluation. At MSC, Diana manages field research, data analysis and modeling, financial services and product design, pilot testing, and rollouts. She provides high-quality advice to clients in the agriculture value chain and micro- and small-enterprise financing.

Before MSC, Diana was a program manager of the sustainable sugarcane and Ganga landscape program at Solidaridad Network Asia Limited. She set up and managed the sustainable sugarcane and landscape program, contributed to the development of a sustainability code for smallholder farmers, and developed a water framework to engage with the private sector. Diana holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Work with a specialization in social development from Jamia Millia Islamia, India. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and English.
