Sushil is a Manager in MSC’s Community and Livelihood practice in India, with 10-plus years of experience with government agencies, grant-based donors, business correspondent companies, and microfinance institutions. He has led initiatives supporting rural communities, women entrepreneurs, and self-help groups in building sustainable livelihoods. He has deep experience in digital financial services, microfinance operations, and financial inclusion. Before joining MSC, Sushil served as Regional Manager at Satin Creditcare Network Ltd., overseeing a large team and driving regional operations. Earlier in his career, he held analytical and leadership positions across operations and strategy. Sushil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Xavier Institute of Management and is fluent in Hindi and English.
