Dr. N. Vijay Lakshmi, a 1995-batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre, currently serves as Additional Chief Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department, Bihar. A senior bureaucrat, she holds two Master’s degrees, a PhD in Management from IIT Delhi, and advanced training in public policy from ISB Hyderabad.
