Financial Services in developing nations Are you a BFSI professional looking to drive impact at scale? At MSC, we
empower financial institutions with cutting-edge strategies in digital banking,
financial inclusion, risk management, product design, business planning,
digital transformation and regulatory compliance. We are looking for
experienced BFSI experts to join our team and help global banks, postal
networks, and NBFCs navigate the evolving financial landscape
Business Development
Assist in identification, communication and negotiation of business
opportunities
Build relationships with existing and potential clients in banks, payment
banks, Small finance Banks, Cooperative banks, government bodies (such as RBI,
DFS, IBA, NABARD etc)
Take initiatives to develop and enhance communication with clients to
strengthen client relationships
Develop and submit proposals to generate business, particularly for the BFSI
capability and DPI/ DPG systems for financial services.
Human Capital Development
Conduct “Quality of Delivery” or feedback assessments with team members after
assignment execution, in line with the quality control guidelines.
Conduct
thorough reviews of the deliverables before submitting them to the client to
ensure high-quality work.
Assist and support the development of other staff by providing guidance and
advice where appropriate.
Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring.
Business Execution
Lead the planning and implementation of assignments involving project teams
within the sector and capability
Lead assignment set-up and de-briefing meetings for allocated assignments.
Lead assigned tasks as outlined in the program. Look for replicating the
success of projects with other clients across geographies.
Work towards
planning new assignments with the client.
Quality control training courses delivered, research papers prepared,
curriculum developed, and technical assistance provided to clients.
Requirements
Educational
Qualifications
Master's level degree (or higher) in Business/Economics/Sociology or related fields from
a reputed institute
Other
relevant professional qualifications in line with areas of specialization
Key Skills
Understanding of multi-country donors and
philanthropic projects business development
Understanding of digital transformation and or DPI/DPG for financial services
