Job Description

Join our team to implement high-impact programs that advance inclusive financial systems, with a strong focus on Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) to expand opportunities for underserved communities.
  • Support the delivery of assignments typically focused on the technical.
  • Support to clients across various Domains and Practice Groups along with providing support and guidance to more junior staff on assignments.
  • The primary focus of this role is to contribute to the delivery of outstanding quality of work on assignments within the approaches and frameworks set out by MSC.
  • Continue to build their knowledge and expertise in core areas of MSC’s client delivery work.
  • This role requires travel of up to 25% of the time, including domestic and international trips, as necessary to fulfill project and client engagement requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Economics, Banking, Public Policy, Social Development, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Studies, Rural Development or related areas.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in development and social sector with a consulting firm, think tank, donor/development agency, research organization or government.
  • Excellent communication skills, writing skills, presentation skills, research skills (primary and secondary), intellectual curiosity and passion for the social and development sector.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors to be referred Digital Financial Services / Banking & Fin-tech/Agriculture / Health & Nutrition/ Climate Change / Gender.
  • Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: - Management consulting - Public policy and government relations - Process re-engineering and digital transformation - Project management or program implementation - Monitoring and Evaluation - Research.
