We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Executive (HR Operations & HRIS) with strong hands-on experience in HR systems and digital HR processes. This role will primarily focus on HRIS administration, system-driven HR operations, data accuracy, and process optimization to ensure seamless and compliant HR functioning across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to technical HRIS platforms (preferably Zoho People, though experience with other HRIS tools is equally valued) and should be comfortable working at the intersection of HR processes, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage Zoho HR tools such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho applications.
• Design, develop, and customize workflows, forms, and automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Integrate Zoho applications with other HR systems and third-party platforms.
• Configure HR modules including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll integration, and performance management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho HR systems.
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement technology solutions.
• Manage data migration, system upgrades, and platform optimization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR insights.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in HRIS/HRMS implementation projects.
• Knowledge of system integration and automation tools.
• Certification in Zoho development or implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional HR and IT teams.
