Job Description
MSC is seeking an
experienced and strategic marketing expert to lead and transform our marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a
comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand presence, drives
customer engagement, and delivers measurable business results. The ideal
candidate will bring a global outlook, data-driven approach, digital expertise,
and proven leadership capabilities to modernize and scale our marketing
operations.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and
implement the organization’s marketing strategy aligned with business
objectives.
Build a strong,
differentiated global brand presence across markets and platforms.
Focus on
international audience for global outreach.
Business Development Enablement:
Partner closely with
proposal and business development teams to create compelling marketing
collateral.
Support lead
generation efforts and strengthen the organization’s market visibility.
Translate technical
solutions into clear, audience-focused value propositions.
Stakeholder
Engagement:
Collaborate with
senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners to drive strategic
initiatives.
Manage agency and
vendor relationships when required.
Performance & Analytics:
Define KPIs and
measure marketing effectiveness using data-driven insights.
Optimize campaigns
based on performance metrics and ROI.
Prepare periodic
reports for leadership with actionable recommendations.
Campaign & Content
Management:
Lead the planning
and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, thought
leadership, PR, and partnerships).
Oversee content
strategy including reports, white papers, case studies, social media,
newsletters, and multimedia assets.
Ensure consistent
brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Team
Leadership:
Manage and mentor a
multidisciplinary team including designers, content specialists, and digital
marketers.
Foster a culture of
creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Streamline workflows
and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
