Job Description

MSC is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing expert to lead and transform our marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring a global outlook, data-driven approach, digital expertise, and proven leadership capabilities to modernize and scale our marketing operations.

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the organization’s marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build a strong, differentiated global brand presence across markets and platforms.
  • Focus on international audience for global outreach.
Business Development Enablement:
  • Partner closely with proposal and business development teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Support lead generation efforts and strengthen the organization’s market visibility.
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, audience-focused value propositions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships when required.
Performance & Analytics:
  • Define KPIs and measure marketing effectiveness using data-driven insights.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Prepare periodic reports for leadership with actionable recommendations.
Campaign & Content Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, thought leadership, PR, and partnerships).
  • Oversee content strategy including reports, white papers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, content specialists, and digital marketers.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
