Job Description

The Senior Executive has to be a dedicated content management specialist who can work on the KBM system, support the team directly, and repurpose first cuts of content on a need basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain KM repositories on SharePoint (sites, libraries, permissions).
  • Capture, curate, and publish knowledge assets across a range of work.
  • Perform quality checks, formatting, and content sanitization before publishing.
  • Ensure proper tagging, taxonomy, version control, and content lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather and validate content.
  • Track KM metrics, usage, and improve content discoverability.
  • Drive training, audits, and adoption of KM best practices.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for research and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • 3–4 years in Knowledge Management / Content Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint.
  • Strong QC, documentation, and content management skills.
  • Understanding of metadata, tagging, and taxonomy.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Good to have:

  • Experience in consulting/professional services.
  • Exposure to AEM, Power Automate, or KM tools.
  • Experience with AI tools for research/content.
