Shape evidence that shapes decisions — for funders,
governments, and the people they serve. Seeking to lead mixed-methods
evaluations (RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, longitudinal panels, qualitative
deep dives) across financial inclusion, livelihoods, climate resilience,
gender, and digital public goods. Your STATA/R outputs won't sit in a report —
they go to the World Bank, IFAD, FCDO, central banks, and ministries that use
them to move money and policy.
Business Development
● Develop and submit proposals and concept notes to generate business for the
domain
● Take initiatives to build relationship with potential clients
● Represent MSC at conferences/webinars etc.
● Author /Co-author of thematic publications (Focus notes/Briefing notes)
● Actively engage in Marketing Activities and participate in Digital Media
dialogues (blogs, discussion forums etc.)
Human Capital Development
● Conduct “Quality of Delivery”/Feedback assessments with team members after assignment
execution in line with the quality control guidelines
● Assist and support development of other staff by providing guidance and
advice where appropriate
● Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring
● Take ownership of self-development by acquiring skills and knowledge which
add value to the organization
● Grooming/mentoring junior team members
Business Execution
● Lead the design and execution of M&E frameworks, theories of change,
logframes, and KPIs across financial inclusion, livelihoods, or development
finance projects.
● Manage baseline, midline, and endline assessments; oversee data quality
assurance, analysis, and reporting.
● Collaborate with program teams and partners to embed adaptive learning and
course-correction mechanisms into implementation cycles.
● Drive the development of evaluation reports, learning briefs, and impact
narratives for diverse stakeholders including donors, government, and financial
institutions.
● Manage external research or evaluation agencies where needed and ensure
timely delivery of quality outputs.
● Support donor reporting, proposal development, and results-based management
aligned with funder expectations.
● Facilitate organizational learning sessions, after-action reviews, and
internal knowledge sharing to strengthen program strategy.
● Contribute to strengthening partner and field team capacities in M&E and
results-based programming.

Educational Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies,
Public Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
