His work focuses on strategy development, behavioral research, product and process design, product rollout, financial capability, and training and capacity development support to microfinance and MSE finance institutions. He has also worked on the implementation, management, and assessments of leading social sector initiatives of the Government of India. His experience spans several countries in Asia and Africa.
