Manish Mehrotra is General Manager—Admin at MSC.

Manish is a seasoned management professional with over 25 years of experience across Asia and Africa, bringing deep operational expertise and cross-sector insight to MSC’s regional operations. His diverse career spans consultancy, education, media, paint, and courier industries, where he has led critical functions including administration, HR, planning, procurement, travel, logistics, budgeting, and strategic project execution. Manish spearheads the transformation of the administration function to align with MSC’s rapid growth from 500 to 1,000+ employees.

Manish oversees operations across all offices. He plays a key role in infrastructure development, branch expansions, offsite events, organizational retreats, and global travel programs. He also leads vendor management, contract negotiations, and the integration of sustainability and compliance into operational practices. His focus is on building a system-driven operating model with increased automation across key processes, such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings, to ensure efficient, scalable support across travel, logistics, and infrastructure. His leadership has been instrumental in MSC’s geographical growth and organizational resilience.

Manish holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.
