Mesa is a Senior Manager in the Centre for Responsible Technology (CRT) capability at MSC (MicroSave Consulting) in Indonesia. Her work sits at the intersection of public policy and technology. She brings more than 15 years of diverse experience across banking, information technology (IT) consulting, the early Indonesian start-up ecosystem, government technology (gov-tech), and the public sector. She holds deep expertise in digital transformation, public policy, digital government, business process reengineering, product management, and project management.

Mesa brings a unique perspective shaped by her diverse career journey. She began her career in the financial sector through commercial banking. After that, she volunteered as a teacher in remote areas of Indonesia, which gave her firsthand insight into grassroots challenges. She then transitioned to IT consulting and later moved into the early-stage start-up scene, where her work focused on efforts to improve digital and financial access for urban women. After that, she moved into the public sector. In recent years, she has supported the government with stronger capacity building, formulated policies, fostered collaboration, and driven end-to-end policy implementation. She has delivered measurable results through technology and innovation. 

Before she joined MSC, Mesa was part of the Policy and Transformation team within the government technology unit. In this role, she took on diverse responsibilities, from the establishment of working teams and the fostering of cross-sector collaboration to the management of policy development and implementation. She used technology to scale impactful solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universitas Indonesia. She is fluent in Indonesian and English.
