Mitul is a Managing Partner at MSC and shapes the future of development consulting in the organization. He sets our vision, drives strategic direction, and oversees operations across continents, where vast and complex challenges demand novel and empathetic solutions. Mitul has more than two decades of experience. He has worked extensively with governments, development organizations, multilateral institutions, think tanks, and private institutions. The bulk of his work lies at the intersection of policy, technology, and society, where he has led large teams to design, optimize, and implement policies and programs.

His experience spans digital governance, digital public infrastructure, public finance, financial services, state capacity, innovation, and South-South cooperation. He is also extensively experienced in livelihoods, nutrition, health, social protection, agriculture, climate change, energy, and urban and rural development. His career has taken him across Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, and Australia.

Mitul has been a member of several national and international committees and forums that have defined policies, programs, standards, and solutions for the future. As a recognized thought leader, Mitul shares ideas regularly at industry events and academic institutions. Before he joined MSC, Mitul headed the Management Consulting practice at Infosys Consulting, which focused on smart cities, telecom, media, and the energy and utilities sectors. There, he advised governments and corporate organizations on strategy, operation, innovation, technology, and transformation across multiple geographies.
