This report discusses key findings related to the costs incurred per transaction by different stakeholders (including banks, BCNMs and BCAs) in facilitating branchless banking transactions. Findings from this study will help policy developers and other stakeholders devise a sustainable delivery model to offer financial services to the financially underserved population in India.
