Ruchika Mehra is an Associate Partner in MSC’s Inclusive Banking and Enterprise Development domain. She has more than 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry across digital lending, wealth management, corporate banking, and capital markets gained through engagements with banks and financial institutions in India and Singapore. Her areas of expertise include strategy and business development, product development, relationship building, mentoring teams, driving alignment, and navigating complex challenges to accelerate impactful business results.

Before Ruchika joined MSC, she was a Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Inclusive Lending at SMFG India Credit Company Limited (Formerly Fullerton India Credit Company Limited). From her previous work experience, she brings valuable insights into building and scaling businesses with the use of innovative digital lending products, lending models, and customer journeys through strategic direct sourcing and FinTech partnerships. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
