Vineet is a Senior Manager at MSC with over 18 years of diverse, cross-country experience in inclusive insurance, health financing, and customer-centric research. He has led large-scale technical assistance and market research initiatives across India, Ethiopia, and Italy, with a strong focus on underserved segments, especially rural women, informal workers, and migrants. He has worked extensively with institutions such as the National Health Authority (NHA), Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Labour Organization (ILO), and Microinsurance Network, delivering end-to-end assignments that included primary research design, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience improvement.

In Sri Lanka, he co-authored the national microinsurance landscape study with the Microinsurance Network. He holds a Master’s in Global Business and Sustainability from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy, and PG Diploma in General Insurance from IIRM, Hyderabad. In a recently concluding project, “Training Needs Assessment for the Insurance Sector in Ethiopia” implemented for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Vineet have been responsible for reviewing and refining the data collection tool and competency framework from an insurance value chain perspective, ensuring alignment with core functions such as underwriting, distribution, and client servicing.
