Assistant Manager

Arpit is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist with over five years of experience at the intersection of research, policy, and program implementation. A passionate advocate for data-driven development, Arpit brings strong expertise in financial inclusion, education access, and evidence-based policymaking, with a focus on the improvement of outcomes for underserved communities. He has worked extensively with nonprofits, academic institutions, and policy research organizations in India and other geographies, and contributed to the design and execution of MEL systems, quantitative research, and stakeholder engagement with government and philanthropic partners. His work has also supported knowledge dissemination. He has co-authored a research paper published in a peer-reviewed journal and contributed several blog articles on development issues. His areas of interest span development economics, the economics of education, financial inclusion, gender, and climate change. A key part of his earlier work involved the design and evaluation of programs that support students from underprivileged backgrounds to enhance their access to education and career development opportunities. Arpit is particularly adept at the translation of research into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in complex program contexts. His innovative work at MSC continues to strengthen MEL systems that advance financial inclusion and inclusive development through rigorous evidence and thoughtful collaboration.
