Azaria Ekaputri is an Assistant Manager at MSC (MicroSave Consulting) Indonesia with over six years of experience in gender equality, social inclusion, and financial inclusion. She holds a master’s degree in International Development from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. As part of the Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) team at MSC, she works with governments, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to design inclusive policies and programs that expand economic opportunities for women and marginalized communities. Her expertise spans gender analysis, financial inclusion, care economy, research, and project management. 

Azaria has contributed to initiatives on economic empowerment of women, financial inclusion, and childcare systems. These include the development of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy of Indonesia, gender-disaggregated analysis of financial agent networks, childcare market assessments, and AI adoption for women-led childcare centers. She combines research and practical implementation to deliver scalable and inclusive development solutions.
