Bold is the Chief Advisor to the Chair of Board and CEO at XacBank. XacBank is a community development bank and microfinance institution in Mongolia.

He has over 30 years of experience gained through direct associations with both the private and public sectors. Bold has also worked as a Consultant in the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. As the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Mongolia in 1996-2000, he overhauled the banking and financial sector in compliance with the best international norms and practices.
