Nancy P. Biju is an Associate with the Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Capability at MSC.

Nancy’s experience spans women’s entrepreneurship, gender-responsive transport, climate and sustainable mobility, and technology for inclusive development. Through her work, she has supported women-led enterprises, strengthened inclusive public transport systems, and explored the use of AI for women’s entrepreneurship. She has worked across strategy, research, program design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in public transport, enterprise development, financial inclusion, and climate-responsive development. Nancy has an M.A. in Social Work with specialization in Women-Centered Practice from Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai, and a B.A. in Sociology from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi. She is fluent in Hindi and English and knows Malayalam and German.
