Rahul Gupta is an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Centre for Responsible Technology Domain based in New Delhi. He is a data science professional with cross-sector experience in analytics, governance, and development consulting. Over the years, Rahul has worked across India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and the USA, contributing to data-driven innovation in financial inclusion, consumer intelligence, and AI-powered insights for governance. His areas of expertise include predictive modelling, dashboarding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, and large-scale data pipeline design.  Before joining MSC, Rahul was a Data Analyst at BolsterBiz India LLC, where he contributed to several initiatives including the development of a BERT-based consumer insights engine for advertising optimization and the analysis of multi-billion transaction records for brand and merchant segmentation. He began his professional career as an Operations Team Lead at Extramarks Education India Pvt Ltd, where he led projects focused on predictive analytics, customer retention, and compliance frameworks. Rahul holds a Diploma in Data Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a bachelor’s degree in computer applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University in Delhi. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
