Renee Chao is the General Manager of PAMIGA, a pan African rural micro finance network and the Managing Director of PAMIGA FINANCE SA, an Impact Investment Vehicle.

She has been involved in various sectors of economic development and financial inclusion for many years globally. Renee was also the Head of Microfinance, Employment, and Enterprise Department at CIDR.
