Saumya Jain is an economist and Assistant Manager at MSC (MicroSave Consulting), where she is part of the Gender, Equity, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) team. She has led research, evaluations, policy design, and capacity-building initiatives across India, East Africa, and the Asia-Pacific. Her work experience spans gender-lens investing, gender-intelligent banking, women’s economic empowerment, rural livelihoods, health, and entrepreneurship. Her research, evidence-based strategies, and support for capacity building enhance inclusion and development outcomes.
