Shubam Kumar is an Associate in MSC’s Centre for Responsible Technology, with nearly three years of experience in the development sector and social impact consulting. He is a public policy professional with a strong foundation in emerging technology policy, built through academic training at IIT Bombay and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, and hands-on field experience across India. He has worked on Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), including digital identity systems, data sharing frameworks, and responsible use of technology in public services. His interests lie in enabling inclusive, user-centric, and trustworthy digital systems that support effective service delivery and social impact.
