We're seeking an individual with sharp research and analytical prowess for technical assistance in financial and social inclusion. As part of your role, you'll lead and support medium/large technical assignments, coordinate field activities, create insightful presentations/notes, training courses/curriculum and establish strong client relationships for assignment success. Job Description:
The position entails offering technical support to clients with a focus on enhancing financial and social inclusion. The ideal candidate must demonstrate robust research and analytical abilities. This role will be integrated within the Financial Sector Policy and Practice (FSPP) practice group of MSC's Digital Inclusive Development (DID) team. Responsibilities include coordinating field activities, engaging with stakeholders at district and block levels, collaborating with banks, NBFCs, regulators, etc., to implement interventions aligned with client needs, designing training programs, and contributing to insight notes and presentations either independently or collaboratively.

Business Execution:
  • Lead or support in planning and executing medium to large technical assistance projects.
  • Conduct setup and debriefing meetings for assigned projects.
  • Establish rapport with client organization contacts, including banks, NBFCs, regulators, and government stakeholders.
  • Ensure thorough planning and execution of assignments, emphasising quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify key issues, lessons learned, and best practices from projects across various clients and locations, and develop and share knowledge resources.
  • Create training courses and materials, offering technical assistance to clients.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of MSC's tool kits and publications.
Professional Development:
  • Perform "Quality of Delivery" assessments and provide feedback to team members following task completion, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Aid in the growth of fellow staff members by offering guidance and advice as needed.
  • Take responsibility for personal development by acquiring skills and knowledge that contribute to the organization's success.
