Qualifications and Competencies:
● Bachelors of Engineering
in Computer Science / Information Systems/ Electronics and Communication (Preferred)
● Master’s in
Business Administration, Public Policy, Law (Preferred)
● Other relevant
professional qualifications in technology policy and innovation
Experience:
● 10-15 years of
experience working in the area of management consulting, government advisory,
technology policy, and innovation management
● Have experience
working with a consulting firm or think-tank working at the intersection of
technology and public policy or institutions working on digital governance
● A good
understanding of digital public infrastructure and artificial intelligence is
preferred
