Job Description:

1. Supporting the global growth activities : Conduct desk research on donor trends, market opportunities, and project landscapes to generate actionable intelligence.

2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and short Word documents summarizing MSC capabilities and project topics

3. Support the development and customization of MSC capability statements for outreach to donors and partners.

4. Coordinate and liaise with donors and internal teams to facilitate meetings, calls, and information exchange.

5. Assist with organizing business development activities, including supporting proposals, EOI and notes

6. Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project and partnership activities.


Requirements

Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree (in business, economics, public policy, or related fields preferred)

Experience:
3–6 years of relevant professional experience

Key Skills:

  • Business development and client engagement

  • Consulting and advisory skills

  • Research and analytical capabilities

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Background:
Experience in consulting, research, banking, or digital finance will be an added advantage.
