Job Description

  • Collect, interpret, and review financial information. Predict future financial trends and advice on how the organisation and future business decisions might be impacted.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Build future projections, work on scenario analysis, and look back analysis on financial records.
  • Provide support to the organisation related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Analysing the organisation’s financial strengths and weaknesses
  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of an annual business plan for the organisation which includes projected P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow, capital expenditure approvals, and overall budget presentation.
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Pricing/Structuring of Cost Sheets for the Service Industry for determining Billing Rates for Human Capital.
  • Assist the Business Development team on finance matters. Prepare and analyse the financial budget for proposal submission under the bidding process.
  • Oversee the profitability of all running projects of the organisation. Prepare financial analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the profitability analysis of all business verticals and provide strategic inputs in decision-making in all matters like operational, financial, and strategic.
  • Manage financial control, prepare and analyse budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations on budget expenditures on a need basis.
