Job Description

• Preparation and submission of periodic financial statements according to the applicable Accounting Standards • Produce financial reports including grant reporting, forecast and variance analysis related to the revenue and expenditure. • Co-ordination with auditors & prepare audit plans for Internal & Statutory, Tax and GST or any other audit done on time. • Oversee the financial operations of the entity and ensure timely and accuracy of financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc. • Revenue management including revenue planning, staff utilisation reports, timely billing, revenue projections and project analysis. • Handling direct & indirect taxation including global taxation related matters. • Compliance under various regulatory bodies like FEMA, FDI, EPFO, ESIC GST and other statutory compliances. • Preparation & presentation of data in the required format as per Transfer Pricing provisions and knowledge of International Taxation, DTAA etc.
