Job Description

Legal and plays a pivotal role in enhancing our global legal function. You'll focus on global corporate law, compliance, and cross-border transactions, helping us mitigate risks and achieve strategic goals.

This role will provide strategic legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead our legal team with a focus on excellence and innovation.

    • Legal position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong global corporate law and compliance background.
    • The candidate will provide legal advice and support on cross-border transactions, ensure compliance with international regulations, manage legal teams, and build relationships with clients worldwide.
    • A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience are essential.
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial services and a global perspective, with a strong understanding of corporate law, securities law, and contract law.
