Job Description
About the Role We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both physical and digital formats.
Reconciliation: Perform per diem, credit card, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, including deduction payments.
Compliance & Tax: Support timely payment of taxes and preparation/filing of returns in line with regulatory requirements.
Administrative Finance Tasks: Manage petty cash reconciliation and perform other assigned administrative duties.
Vendor & Client Communication: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to provide payment updates.
Transaction Processing: Handle invoice preparation, payment processing, filing, and preparation of payment vouchers (PVs).

Requirements
Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
