Do you want to turn insights from gender analysis into real, measurable impact? If you’re driven to apply data and analytical techniques to design strategies that enhance women’s socio-economic empowerment, we want you on our GEDSI team at MSC!
Support the delivery of technical assistance to clients while ensuring high-quality delivery and strict adherence to timelines.
Support business development for GEDSI thematic areas in Asia, Southeast Asia, the Pacific, and Africa.
Guide team members and help them in their professional development.
Contribute to organizational development by being a collaborator and upholding organizational culture, values, and reputation.
Develop and publish knowledge resources by identifying key issues, lessons learned, and best practices in programs and projects undertaken with different clients and in other geographies.
Openness and willingness to travel and spend over 50% of the time on on-site assignments.
Requirements
Qualification:
Masters in Gender Studies/Developmental Economics, equivalent or other relevant professional qualifications.
An academic background in gender studies is preferable.
Requirements
Strong understanding of gender-disaggregated data.
Experienced in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data on gender and women’s economic empowerment.
Skilled in conducting thorough research on gender-related issues.
Proven ability to prepare high-quality analytical reports and studies.
