Scanning/ Scouting of new business
opportunities & tenders across various clients/ donors’ websites.
Comprehending RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToRs),
Expression of Interest (EOIs) and coordination with technical teams for
end-to-end EOI and Proposal development.
Understanding MSCs past work/projects and where
and how these projects are relevant to the RFPs/EOIs.
Proactive scouting of donors, strategic partners,
consultants, and documentation of the same; putting effort into nurturing and
building said relationships.
Preparing compelling capability statements and
pitch decks for business development.
Maintaining and up-dating various databases owned
by SI in MS-Word, MS-Excel, coordinating with Technical Teams for updating
databases.
Supporting in the preparation of reports
(MS-Excel, PPT or word), donor scoping, competitor analysis, quarterly proposal
reporting, collaterals and other documents.
Co-ordinating and communicating (verbal/ written)
with External Stakeholders for existing or prospective opportunities, as and
when required.
Building MSCs collaterals in certain emerging
areas which include directly liaising with emerging area group internal point
of contact, organizing, and supporting during meetings, and creating content.
Co-ordinating with internal teams-Administration,
Knowledge Management, Finance/Legal as per work requirements.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Master’s
degree in English, Business Management or equivalent fields.
Excellent
verbal and written communication and language (English) skills.
Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint and Advanced
in MS-Excel.
Experience in donor and partner scoping and
landscape assessment.
Identifying and profiling current and potential
donors in the preferred geography.
Summarize findings and share it with the larger
MSC team.
Willingness to work in a demanding, and results
oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.
Ability to work in a deadline- bound environment
and beyond regular working hours, as and when required.
Ability to update data fields, synthesize data,
and conduct rigorous data analytics.
Develop and manage communication campaigns across
various channels, including content creation, and social media marketing.
Ability to experiment and implement innovative
digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve social media
visibility.
Experience on handling data visualization tools
like Canva, Visme etc. will be preferred.
Good team player, ability to work with a global
team and self-starter willing to take initiative.
Ability to effectively present to internal teams
to deliver trainings or external teams to provide company overview and
capabilities
Ability to effectively communicate information and
ideas in written and spoken format. Solid knowledge of the English language and
capacity to write concise and articulate business emails with little to no
supervision.
