Business development:
- Lead end-to-end business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client engagement.
- Develop strategic positioning for MSC in emerging areas of public health, health systems, and digital transformation.
- Drive the design of technical and financial proposals aligned with client priorities and MSC’s strengths.
Project management and delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
- Lead project teams in research, design, implementation, and evaluation of health and nutrition interventions.
- Serve as technical lead or subject matter expert for projects on digital health, health financing, and health systems strengthening.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including government counterparts, donors, and consortium partners.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and knowledge dissemination meet MSC’s standards.
Team leadership and capacity building:
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.
- Build technical capacity within the team in public health, health systems, and digital transformation.
- Facilitate collaboration across capabilities and geographies to strengthen MSC’s cross-sectoral offerings.
Thought leadership and knowledge management:
- Lead or co-author policy briefs, white papers, and research publications.
- Represent MSC at industry forums, conferences, and roundtables.
- Contribute to thought leadership in emerging health domains.
Internal leadership & operational contribution: Contribute to MSC’s internal systems including business development tracking, pitch readiness, and pipeline reporting. Support operational excellence through compliance with quality standards, performance monitoring frameworks, and client feedback loops.
